WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Our payment options range from debit and or credit cards spanning out to the most common banks; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. It also spans out to other foreign banks which include; ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Electron, and Maestro. Finally, we also have Apple Pay to also simplify the payment process for any Apple Pay user.
RETURN POLICY
If an item is damaged on arrival, not satisfied with quality, and or lost in the mail. If damaged or not satisfied you can send it back to the return address to either to send you a new one and or refund you your payment. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. These return adress provided must be used only for returns like damage, misprinted, or defective products. Return Address will be: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. Contact me personally and or through the website email before making any returns just so we can find the best solution for the problem at hand.
SIZING
For sizing for certain clothing item please check out the sizing chart page to make sure you get the best fit for you or for someone else. Choose a size up will be recommended for most items. Each item description will say if you need to or not.
